KO SICHANG ( SICHANG ISLAND )
At the east coast of Thailand in Chonburi province is the small quiet island,Ko Sichang.It takes about 1.30-2 hours from bangkok by bus and 12 kilometersfrom the main land,called Sriracha.
You will see many cargo ships resting themselve around this area.You can roam around this island by the tuk-tuk (three wheels taxi) which here known as Skylab but if you fancy the motorbike,it's possible!
There are many attraction here;
King Rama5's summer palace
At the back of the island is the twins mountain which is good point for nice view spot,sunset and fishing.
On the west side of the island,Hat tham khoa-pang( Tham khoa-pang beach) is the only one nice beach for swim and camping and also you can have many small hotels to stay here.
How to get there?
By bus; you start from Ekkamai bus terminal to Sriracha then take tuk-tuk or motorbike to take boat at the pier to Ko sichang.Boat fee is about 20 baht.For more infomation;The tourism Authority of Thailand,tel.6638427667,6638428750
